Meet Tony, The OG of HVAC

Tony's story

Tony did not come to HVAC late. He was working in the trade by age 12 and fabricating sheet metal by 14. That early start turned into a lifelong craft, and in 1995 he earned his license as a Michigan mechanical contractor. More than three decades later, he still shows up to the jobs himself, because when the van says Oak Grove, it is his reputation on the line.

He built Oak Grove on commercial work, the demanding rooftop units, radiant systems and buildings that simply cannot go down. Today he brings that same commercial-grade skill, and the same straight talk, to homeowners across Livingston and Oakland counties through a growing residential side of the business.

What Tony stands for

Integrity, trustworthiness, and real value on every single service. You get an honest diagnosis, a price you approve before any work begins, and workmanship that holds up. No invented problems, no pressure, no cutting corners. That is the standard Tony holds every technician who wears the OG name to, and it is why neighbors keep calling back and referring their friends.

A real local crew

Oak Grove is family-owned and based right here in Howell. When we pull up, you get a real Livingston County crew that has done this thousands of times and treats your home like their own, not a stranger shipped in from out of town. Same faces, same standard, every visit.

Why homeowners trust the OG

• Owner-operated since 1995. A licensed Michigan mechanical contractor on the job, not a rotating cast of subs.
• 30+ years of experience. Tony started at 12 and has seen just about everything since.
• Trane dealer. Factory-backed equipment and know-how, built for Michigan winters.
• Open Mon–Fri 8am–5pm. Urgent no-heat and no-cooling calls get priority during the week.
• Upfront, honest pricing. You see the number and approve it before we start.
• Commercial-strong, residential-ready. If we can keep a business running through a Michigan winter, your furnace is in good hands.
